Bio

Kathleen Sabina is the General Manager at Sabina and Company and is the “Go-To Person”. If you need a job done, she can make it happen.  Her cheerful personality and engaging manner makes for a comfortable experience. Kathleen has 22 years of combined experience in sales, finance and lending, title and escrow, as well as real estate investment.

Kathleen has managed and owned Mortgage companies, worked as an escrow officer for Land Title Guarantee Company at its corporate headquarters and has managed Sabina and Company Metro Brokers with her husband Scott for many years.

Kathleen is a no-nonsense person when it comes to her work… if it can be done, she will find a way. She gets the answers needed while not complicating things. She is solution oriented, is known to work at her own efficient fast-pace and is a gifted talent when it comes to personal and professional relations.

Coming from years of experience within the real estate industry, Kathleen brings a wealth of knowledge with her as she strives to remain informed and up to date. Being a quick study helps her understand objectives. She is resourceful and organized and her direct and honest approach is always a refreshing and welcomed component to the Sabina and Company team.

Graduating with a degree in Accounting and Business Management, Kathleen knows it takes much more than what most people would think to be a success in the Real Estate market… Direct contact is a key component. Kathleen is known to work “Behind the scenes” most of the time and prefers it to be that way, and at the same time is very team oriented. It takes a team to make a family and company successful. She views opportunities as experiences to grow… both personally and professionally. Kathleen is excited about each new day and what it can bring to her life experience.

Kathleen is used to a rich team environment. Her husband Scott and she are raising 4 wonderful children… and that certainly takes a team. The family likes to be together. Traveling, skiing, golfing, swimming… you name it, they do it! Because she has “no spare time” (per say) her business, family, friends, and volunteer work are her commitments.
