Bio
Experience –
Scott’s experience began by running his own company at 17 years old and he has never looked back. Scott began by working long hours, learning from experience,what people wanted and delivering quality service. Relying on word of mouth referrals along with proven marketing techniques to grow a successful business. In 1984 Scott began his career in real estate working from the bottom up with great mentors directing him. Scott joined Consolidated Mortgage Company as a loan officer with zero clients drawing from his background and developing a business Scott went to work knocking on doors and making phone calls, educating the public. In a very short period success again followed.
In 1987 Scott was recruited to his first job as a realtor assigned to business development with builders throughout the Denver metro area. Success quickly followed and by 1993, Scott was one of the most successful real estate brokers in Colorado. After closing 5,000+ individual transactions through 2020, Scott has learned and applied his knowledge to assist clients beyond all but a handful of brokers in the United States.
Effort –
Scott has always understood success comes from hard work. In a consistently changing marketplace, great businessmen must constantly forecast future opportunities and develop techniques to take advantage of future market trends before they occur. Many in business rest on previous success. Most agents base success and acknowledgement from their peers in the community at large. Through humility, Scott maintains his focus on today and the future. There is no substitute for hard work and Scott has always held this ideal in the forefront of his mind.

Having worked as a real estate broker for 25 years throughout the Denver metro area, Scott has a deep knowledge of every area in and around the Metro Denver Area for Real Estate. Whether North, South, East, or West into the Foothills of Colorado, Scott understands what is happening with each location.
Scott has sold properties valued from $30,000 to 2.5 Million and has developed subdivisions from beginning to end. Scott has personally bought and sold well over 400 properties which gives him a unique understanding of the buying and selling experience.
As an employing real estate broker and owner of Sabina & Company, Scott stays informed on all real estate law changes affecting residential real estate property, protecting the interests of his clients. Through knowledge it is hard to imagine a broker with a greater spectrum of knowledge than Scott.

Real Estate is a business where temptation and opportunity to take advantage of others exists at a level higher than nearly all other businesses. Integrity means honestly doing the right thing regardless of consequences. For Scott, the finest compliment anyone can give him in real estate transactions is that he has integrity.
